You must let go of your feelings of shame in order to remove your anger. Pride is the source of all shame. True humility is the only antidote to shame.
If you don’t get that fearful feeling in your gut that frightens you into working harder so you won’t fail, then we won’t relate. I don’t live in fear but I am completely unwilling to lose!
I’ve learned tht when my stomach is hurting 2 not eat. Similar 2 a busy kitchen @ ur fav restaurant. Whn they get busy enough they will stop taking orders for a while just 2 catch up & get organized. Sometimes I hv 2 stop eating 2 allow the stomach 2 fix itself
I hear y’all but go ahead and offend my wife in public and let me see pain in her eyes… I’ll give your a$$ a punch line!

1st yr on the job for all cops should be community services n the most crime feasted areas. If they do well there & earn a good reputation w department and community they can begin patrolling & if they hold a gun they must be insured. & all cops must keep camera on @ all times!
Which is more important to you; To be loved or to be comfortable with being yourself? Of course we all want both but if you had to choose between the two which would you choose?
