After Brian and I saw Richard Lloyd of Television and co in Toronto we kept in touch with Kevin (drums) and eventually opened for them in Chicago. They were all incredibly kind and generous to us, and Richard deserves it back 1000x fold. gofund.me/58a203ca6

Donate to Help Richard Lloyd Fight Cancer, organized by Sean Seymour

I've organized this fundraiser for Richard Lloyd, my friend and bandmate in the Richard … Sean Seymour needs your support for Help Richard Lloyd Fight Cancer

here's a bit of "Elevation" that made me levitate out of my body when we played together in 2024, thank you for spreading the word on the above. Every fan of the band Television should hear about this.

i’m baffled when people are surprised by POC folks’ involvement in post-punk/art rock/new wave/alt in the 80’s, like do they think the crooked, Dutch angle perspective of the music didn’t partially come from the Kafkaesque reality we as POC live?

🚙🎶 touring bands i will periodically tweet this until the earth is absorbed into the sun 1. Buy insurance for your gear. It’s cheaper than you think 2. Never leave gear unattended in the van ever 3. Cemeteries are free, safe places to chill while waiting for load-in, hotel, etc

play in a band long enough and you’ll drive by places that used to be venues you played that are now dentist offices, trendy restaurants, sinkholes falling into the depths of the earth, and more!
