Original Art Deco etched glass details at a couple bathrooms at Chateau Rossmore. Thinking of all the bathrooms like this we lost to white marble and subway tile 😭
People will literally see a bathroom that looks like this and rip it out and put in white marble and grey tile 😵💫🫠😭

A couple came to view a Spanish Deco one bedroom apartment today in Miracle Mile, Los Angeles. They had recently seen a large modern loft in Mar Vista, three stories, private roof deck, all the amenities. They chose our Spanish Deco unit over the modern loft because they didn’t “feel” anything in the other space. The pendulum is swinging and more people are choosing character, history, and emotion over large modern boxes ✨🏰
