We've taken action to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) and criminal activity at Blyth Road car park in Hayes ✅
Working closely with the police @MPSBotwell, our ASB, highways and waste teams have deep cleaned the area and installed new fencing to help residents feel safer🧹👮
The fencing restricts access to a section of the car park that had become a hotspot for ASB and waste, helping to prevent further problems🚧
Report ASB issues in your area👇

When it comes to housing, knowing what’s fact and what’s fiction can help you get the right support sooner🏠
MYTH❌️
“I'll automatically get a council house if I can't afford to privately rent locally"
FACT✅
Council homes are in limited supply, so we work with private landlords in a variety of ways, from paying deposits or rent-in-advance payments to supporting you to maximise your income and assess your expenditure.

Sorry META, we won't be hitting the like button on this👎
You might recognise this tag from around Uxbridge. It has been repeatedly sprayed on everything from walls and shopfronts to signs, garages, bins, benches and utility cabinets👀🚫
Graffiti is criminal damage, anyone caught in the act or intending to can receive a £500 fine and face prosecution👮
We’ll continue removing graffiti, working with the police to investigate and identify persistent taggers, and taking action to keep our streets clean.
Have information about the META tag?🔎
Email, [email protected].
Spotted graffiti? Report it to us using our Love Clean Streets app👇

We’ve been busy behind-the-scenes bringing the Uxbridge town centre vision to life, and now’s your chance to come and see what we've been working on🛍️✨
Drop-in and meet the team on Thursday 19 November, 4pm to 6pm, at the Civic Centre📍

❌ Fraud doesn't pay.
A Hayes man has been sentenced after claiming more than £14,500 in council tax exemptions using falsified student certificates 👨⚖️
We'll continue to protect public funds and take action against those who abuse the system 🕵️♂️

🐕 We're making it even easier for dog walkers to get rid of their pets' waste.
🗑️ You're now able to put dog waste bags in any public litter bins across Hillingdon (except those in children's play areas), which is already common practice in Ealing and Harrow.

❄️ Due to a national shortage of recycling capacity, we have temporarily stopped accepting fridges and freezers at our waste and recycling centres.
🚫 Please do not bring these to any of our sites, as we will be unable to accept them.
