At the @Googleorg Impact Summit: EMEA in Dublin, nonprofits, philanthropies and funders from across the region shared the same questions about using AI well. 🧵
2/ 🤝 Building trust in AI takes time, and it starts with learning from what already works.
🛠️ So we built The Social Good AI Hub with Google.org: a free, living repository of 550+ AI use cases from 354 organizations across 167 countries.

🧪 @KabakooLabs tried both using Evidential.
✅ WhatsApp drew more learners in. Once they returned, both groups engaged at about the same level.
Now Kabakoo knows where to focus next.
