@Apple introduced #iPhoneDuo, the company’s first foldable #iPhone, marking new CEO John Ternus’s debut product launch since he took over from Tim Cook on September 1, 2026.
Opened, iPhone Duo has a 7.6-inch inner display and is the thinnest iPhone #Apple has made. Closed, its 5.4-inch outer display offers 90% of the screen area of the iPhone 18 Pro.
The device runs on the new A20 Pro chip, with a custom vapor chamber for thermal management and a dual-battery architecture. It ships with iOS 27, redesigned for the foldable format.
Pre-orders open Friday, October 16, with availability from Friday, October 23.
