@AveloAir A tale of two airlines, my first flight was great from the easy check in to the new plane. Today, three hours of spinning computers & no call back. I am on my way to the airport. Waiting to see how much they charge me.
As of now they have been partially responsive.i am waiting for final adjudication. But so far @AveloAir has been responsive. In fairness to a company trying I wanted to put this out there. Btw if you complain about a company on @x be ready for scammers to pretend they r helping.
Do not under any circumstances by the @Disney@Hulu@espn package. Despite spending time with their customer service, they can never link. If you like watching TV on your phone, it’s a great deal.
