Hey @AerLingus - we’re still waiting on a response from you on a complaint we first logged with your contact centre on 13 July, also followed up by email a few days later. I’d be glad for an update asap please ….

Hey @Morrisons - what’s the deal with giving customers a deadline to edit Christmas orders & then quietly disabling edit just before the deadline approaches? My elderly dad (a repeat online customer) is now without any festive treats, nice work.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: READING FOR PLEASURE has the biggest impact of any factor on children's life chances. If they're reading & enjoying it, everything else will follow. So please never stop reading to them & with them - it will change their lives! #literacy

Regretting not buying these oversized ornamental books earlier in @TKMaxx_UK for @thereaderorg HQ. Perhaps I should go back tmw?!

300,000 households could be forced into homelessness next year if nothing changes. Alex, our life-like, giant sculpture, stands as a rallying cry that we cannot ignore this issue any longer. Please share if you agree. #CantBeIgnored – at London, England

Good to see the Covid response efforts of many of #Liverpool's arts and culture organisations recognised in this article today & in the report – thank you @COVID_19CARE team!
Liverpool has some of the poorest mental health levels in the UK. For those most at risk, COVID delivered a further devastating blow. Access to arts activities during lockdown was a crucial lifeline for many in Liverpool. @LivUni @UKRI_News @ahrcpress theconversation.com/liverpoo…
