Uncommitted Sophomore OF / 1B Luke Badalato @Lucas_Bad2025 has built off a tremendous freshman season with a big fall. Last spring Badalato slashed 348/449/661 (1.109 OPS) including a Panhandle Conf + postseason only line of 398/500/831 with 10 HRs and 6 2Bs. 2026 Fall slash line 333/444/810 (1.254 OPS) with 3 HRs and a microscopic 3.7% K rate (27 PAs 1K) Playing mostly RF last year Badalato features a rocket arm and took home a Panhandle Conf Gold Glove in RF but also handles 1B at a high level. High motor kid who plays the game with a fierceness and tenacity he brings every single day.

Sophomore year 321/467/431 (897 OPS) Battle a minor oblique injury early and a minor shoulder injury late but lead off the entire season as our offensive engine 4–8 without him in the lineup the first 3 weeks of the season 28-12 with him in the lineup leading off every game
