A little reflection on the things people say and how they can affect us personally and sometimes stifle our creativity.

As an artist I sometimes find it easier to express my thoughts through art.
This piece (2nd image) Titled:Sadness, was designed as a reflection on how easily we let other people’s words shape how we feel — and resulting in our sadness.

So, this is how my @MuscleFoodUK preppedpots delivery arrived by dpd. 8 days ago. Didn’t let me know it arrived, didn’t buzz the intercom. Dumped in a communal area and ransacked. No apologies, no ‘this is unacceptable’ no refund. Your customer support @MuscleFoodUK is trash.
