This feels like it is in the same vein as “11 wins, right?” The kind of arrogance that gets you to 0-7.
Good intel here. Chargers still not in seller mode at 0-7. L.A.’s stance seems to be: Can get Day 3 picks any time, so why trade good players for them?

Crazy how much differently players are publicly talking about Justin Herbert now. Guys used to give him the ultimate reverence, and now they are talking about him like he’s the Jets version of Sam Darnold. Shame on all parties involved.
#Rams S Quentin Lake on what it was like facing Justin Herbert on Sunday: “I mean, he was throwing deli meat out there. He’s seeing ghosts, I’m not gonna lie. We knew we were gonna get a couple.” (📽️ @StBrownPodcast)

There goes the Chargers first potential win on Monday Night Football.
Trade: The #Ravens are finalizing a trade for former #AZCardinals QB Jacoby Brissett, per me and @AdamSchefter, filling the void left by the injuries to Lamar Jackson and Tyler “Snoop” Huntley. The deal is expected to be completed this weekend.

It’s insanity that this is the message that is getting sent by the Chargers at 0-7. I still think that they will end up trading someone away, but if they keep players for the sake of being better in 2026 instead of loading up for a reload it would be an abject failure.

Every Sunday Chargers fans used to be able to look forward to seeing their dynamic quarterback who could maybe find some magic even in games they were outmatched, and they can't even do that anymore.

Justin Herbert entering this season had one of the lowest interception percentages in NFL history. We saw him go an entire season throwing only three interceptions. He has ten this year in 7 games and looks like a shell of himself. How can it look this bad?

That was an atrocious defensive holding call on Daiyan Henley. Takes a sack away from Teair Tart.

Chargers go super conservative on their last two drives on third and fourth down deep in Rams territory and now their lead is gone before the half. They only have themselves to blame.

Two drives in a row that Justin Herbert marches the Chargers down the field and they take the ball out of his hands and run it on third down. And they don’t go for it on either on fourth down. The Rams can erase the deficit with one good drive.
