If Question 3 passes, Harford and Cecil Counties will be gerrymandered into a district with Baltimore City, and the rest of the Eastern Shore will be gerrymandered into a district with Howard and Anne Arundel Counties. Democrats will have an advantage in all 8 districts, Annapolis's political opposition will be silenced, and the 1 million+ Marylanders who vote Republican will be disenfranchised. 🚫Vote AGAINST Question 3!🚫
