Midwest Writers Guild EVV

We will be taking orders for merchandise. Anyone ordering will need to pay at time of ordering. I will try to attach the information files. Hope to see you at the meeting and I will try to facebook live it again. I'll post writing prompts at 5:30pm on the day of the meeting.

May meeting will be May 9th at 6:30 pm-7:30 pm at Your Brother's Bookstore.Todd Schimmell will be our presenter. He is a children's author and illustrator. He will be talking about his writing process. 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

I am wanting to try a workshop friday, May 26, 2023 at 6pm at your brothers bookstore. I would like to see how much interest we would have before I start organizing. If anyone is interested in doing the critiques or edits let me know.

Writing prompts; #1 Write about the people who live in a trailer on the roof. #2 Write about a recurring spring dream. Write in 2nd person, present tense. #3 Write in the POV of a pie ingredient (peach, apple, pecan, etc...) That usually doesn't have a voice. Happy Pi Day!!!
