Oh, and Leonie & I have started a company called Gaian Soul, offering all sorts of retreats down here in Cape Town if you want to come join us! The initial offerings are 'Nature Reconnection Adventures' where we'll be camping & hiking A LOT, digital detoxing & fireside chatting.

I still love to explore this Earth plane, reality just keeps on expanding and my connection deepening. I still love to explore the mind through meditation and breathwork, the occasional psychedelic ceremony also serves to deepen my studies.

My business has shifted and evolved with me, I'm a coach now, working with people who want to evolve spiritually, by that I mean find more meaning and purpose in life, it's incredibly nourishing work and feels like it's what I'm here (on Earth) to do in service 💚

I'm still making the odd vlog, still love flying drones and sharing the journey, content is intentionally created to serve my community, through doing and sharing the inner work, healing and offering insights that help me improve the quality of my human experience 🙏🏼

I'm 38 in 8 days... wtf lol I feel younger than ever, more energy, more peace, more joy more connection and more grateful for life than ever before. Part of me knows I'm going fly in my 40's so I'm amped for that ;)

Secondly, I'm almost one year into a relationship with my incredible partner Leonie, she's German, she's a yoga instructor, a women's retreat facilitator, and so much more :) our relationship is & has been the most intense spiritual growth journey, we're devoted to Love & Truth.

Firstly, I'm still living in Cape Town, South Africa, it's my Soul's home (yep, more spiritual than ever lol) 99% of my friends are here, this is the community I'm doing life with, I feel incredibly fortunate, more grateful than ever before to be able to live here.

Well, since I'm back, here's a little update on where I'm at on this wild journey called life!
