While we begin 2023, you鈥檒l begin to see some changes to the look of some of our beers. The first change is that this year we鈥檙e moving Curvature into 12oz cans.
.
Curvature is the stout that started off our high gravity beer program that mainly lives in casks for extensive..
before conditioning on coconut and @DarkMatter2521 coffee. The young portion of the stout offers a higher level of roast and dark grains to compliment the coffee while the caramelized, reduced, and micro-oxidized portion of the stout from casks mingles with the candy-like..
coconut flavors. Everything is in perfect harmony and we鈥檙e extremely stoked with how the first batch of affinity came out and can鈥檛 wait to share it with you.
Affinity will be available via a random draw on @get_oznr later this week. Stay tuned.
If you鈥檙e headed to the taproom tomorrow to enjoy our Boozy Brunch, here鈥檚 your chance to snag some bottles from our cellar to-go! We鈥檒l keep the list updated here on twitter and keep it as live as possible. If you plan to show up early, please no bottle sharing! Open 11a-2pm.
Our barrel program is growing by 8 casks today as we begin our sour program through a collab with our friends at @CaseyBrewing 馃嵎 - we鈥檙e ecstatic to say the least.
Arabesque 2022 is 21 months old and it鈥檚 tasting pretty great. I think it鈥檚 ready鈥ook at those legs, too. 馃槏
