Important Update: Public Wise will be leaving @Twitter to protest hatred, racism, and antisemitism. Follow this 🧵 for more:

Our position is not in opposition to free speech, it is in opposition to a privately owned company promoting hate speech and disinformation for profit.
While we are stepping away from Twitter, our fight to protect and preserve democracy continues.

🍑 ¡Felicidades, #Georgia! On the ground is where our speciality is because YOU, our communities, are what matter most. You came out and showed what Latino priorities are. We look forward to knocking on your door, texting and calling to continue creating Latino political power.

Today we honored the @CapitolPolice, @DCPoliceDept and law enforcement who defended our Capitol building on January 6th with the Congressional Gold Medal. We will never forget their bravery and sacrifice while defending our democracy. Thank you to our heroes.
Great to see the #InsurrectionIndex as part of a resource to this work! We'll be continuing our updates through 2024 to ensure everyone involved are held accountable and not elected into positions of power.
NEW: CMD has launched Insurrection Exposed, a new resource that provides more than 250 profiles of the politicians, leaders, and dark money groups that orchestrated the Jan. 6 insurrection and are laying the groundwork to subvert future elections.

Wednesday’s SC case Moore v. Harper is one of the most critical cases in the history of our country - Independent State Legislature theory could pave the way for Republicans to steal the presidential election in 2024.

We did it! We’ve fought tirelessly to reach this moment, and we can officially say @ReverendWarnock has won re-election to the Senate. It was important that we kept this seat out of the hands of MAGA extremists, & in Sen. Warnock, we’ve got a champion who will fight for us all.
With this Congressional majority (51 seats thanks to tonight’s win!) we are in the best position in years to enact policies that combat the efforts of MAGA extremists & protect our democracy for all Americans. Here at Public Wise, we remain committed to that fight.
