Following the completion of our acquisition of InstaMortgage, reAlpha has filed unaudited pro forma financial information showing approximately $11.8 million in combined fiscal 2025 revenue - an approximately 162% increase compared with reAlpha’s reported standalone revenue of approximately $4.5 million. Key highlights: 📈 $11.8M in pro forma combined fiscal 2025 revenue 💰 $7.7M in pro forma combined fiscal 2025 gross profit 🏦 InstaMortgage generated $7.3M in revenue and $5.3M in gross profit in 2025, while reporting positive net income 🏠 InstaMortgage originated approximately $277M in residential mortgage loan volume in 2025 and remained profitable through the first half of 2026 “We are adding scale, but we are also adding capabilities and transaction economics that fit directly into the platform we have been building,” said Thomas Kutzman (@thomaskutzman), Chief Financial Officer of reAlpha. With InstaMortgage now part of reAlpha, direct mortgage lending, including in-house underwriting and funding, sits alongside our existing mortgage brokerage, real estate and title capabilities. More scale. More of the transaction. One increasingly integrated homebuying platform. Read more: ir.realpha.com/press-release… #reAlpha $AIRE

More than $4 billion in residential mortgage loans originated since inception. Now, that experience and operating infrastructure are part of reAlpha. With the InstaMortgage acquisition complete, reAlpha adds a full-cycle lending platform spanning origination, underwriting, funding and loan sales, strengthening our ability to support buyers through more of the mortgage process. Proven scale. Established infrastructure. A stronger homebuying platform. #reAlpha $AIRE

reAlpha’s combined mortgage platform now spans 38 states and Washington, D.C. With InstaMortgage now part of reAlpha, the platform adds mortgage coverage in eight new markets, including major markets such as Illinois, New Jersey and Ohio, expanding our ability to support more homebuyers across the country. The acquisition also increases the overlap between our real estate services, through reAlpha Realty and Prevu, and our mortgage services, through reAlpha Mortgage and InstaMortgage, from 9 to 12 markets. That includes new real estate and mortgage overlap in Connecticut, New Jersey and Washington, D.C., creating more opportunities for homebuyers to access multiple services through one broader platform. Greater geographic coverage and increased service overlap can help reduce fragmentation across the homebuying process, improve coordination between real estate and mortgage teams, and support a more consistent experience from home search through financing. As integration progresses, reAlpha expects to continue aligning its brokerage, mortgage and title capabilities with a focus on improving speed, coordination and end-to-end execution across the homebuying journey. More markets. More service overlap. A stronger homebuying platform. #reAlpha $AIRE

We are excited to share that the InstaMortgage transaction has officially closed. For homebuyers, this acquisition brings direct mortgage lending into reAlpha’s platform, including in-house underwriting and funding. It gives us greater control over execution and moves us closer to delivering a more coordinated, transparent and cost-efficient homebuying experience. “We have completed the InstaMortgage acquisition," said Mike Logozzo (@mike_logozzo), Chief Executive Officer of reAlpha. "reAlpha is now able to originate, underwrite and fund mortgages in-house, across 38 states and Washington, D.C. We believe homebuying improves when brokerage, lending and title operate as one system rather than three. Lending was the piece we handed to partners, and it now runs inside the platform.” Deal highlights: • Approximately $8.5 million transaction value, including $0.5 million in cash at closing, $1.5 million in reAlpha common stock at closing, and $6.5 million in deferred consideration payable over three years • Adds direct lending capabilities alongside reAlpha’s existing mortgage brokerage model, including in-house underwriting and funding • Expands combined mortgage coverage to 38 states and Washington, D.C. This is more than the completion of an acquisition. It is a major step in reAlpha’s strategy to build an integrated homebuying platform that connects real estate, mortgage and title services within one ecosystem. One platform. More control. Better coordination from start to close. Read the full announcement: ir.realpha.com/press-release… #reAlpha $AIRE

🚀 Update from reAlpha reAlpha (Nasdaq: AIRE) announced the launch of a flat fee compensation model through reAlpha Mortgage - NMLS 1743790, designed to support national Loan Originator recruitment and expansion across the growing mortgage broker channel. The model combines transparent compensation with additional platform advantages, including RSU eligibility, internal lead opportunities, recruiting-based income potential, and AI-powered engagement tools designed to help Loan Originators operate more efficiently and scale production. “Flat fee compensation gives LOs the economics they are asking for, but the unique advantage at reAlpha Mortgage is what surrounds it: access to a broader homebuying ecosystem, AI-powered operational support, equity award eligibility, and a compensation model that rewards both production and recruiting,” said Jamie Cavanaugh (@The1JamieC), Chief Executive Officer of reAlpha Mortgage.
