The @VaaniHQ Developer Platform is live today ♥️ Everything we learnt over the last 16 months of building a foundational infrastructure company, we poured all of it into this platform. From making it super-easy to build voice agents (just by talking to it) to controlling its behaviour to the last detail. From long-term memory to making it super flexible for complex, mixed-language geographies. We have built it in a way that a group of agents can form a swarm and get things done, and that's something which we have already deployed across 100+ businesses. Do show some love by trying it for free at vaani.dev

Building community is not about how many people you have added to showcase the numbers. Our communities have 30,000+ members but we also blocked/removed 5000+ in this process, which is equally very important, to avoid spammers and irrelevant folks. Its a PROCESS, and yes some LIKE many DISLIKE, but we LOVE it :-) – at Dhanbad, India

Hiring Sales Head at @picxele Full-time role from HSR, Bengaluru. We work 6 days a Week with a young team of about 25 people who are crazy enough to do wild things. Need someone with 2-5 years of Agency Experience, who will do sales without giving me gyaan about Lead Cycle or Funnel. Can onboard clients for Design, Video, Podcast, Product Launch Distribution Campaigns, Website, branding, and events. DM me if this matches with a reason "WHY" and I want a grounded person who will work and give results, not reasons/excuses.

Tomorrow at 2 PM IST, I’m putting myself in front of the public for 24 hours. I’ll be live on r/VoiceAutomationAI for an open AMA. So bring me your hardest question. I’ll take the ones on product, pricing, pilots, Indic and code-mixed voice, and building a voice AI company in India. For someone who’s new here: Vaani is a Bengaluru deeptech startup building voice agent infrastructure from the ground up: speech models, orchestration, and an agent platform for Indian languages and code-mixed speech. Our goal is to be the "Stripe for Voice AI." Post it on r/VoiceAutomationAI. Link in the comments 👇 If you know a founder or product lead building in voice AI, share this with them. Looking forward to dig in together. @sunilmaurya_25

How to Attend Events/Meetups in Bengaluru - Only for Serious Founders. - Read the description of the event; very important - Do not just randomly keep applying to all meetups you see - If you are attending, you should know why you want to - The event is related to investors, but you, as a founder, want to get it; stop doing that - Once rejected at any meetups, don't keep applying again and again - Attend the event if you have been approved; do not ghost away - Respect someone's time if you have given during the event - Don't be a Pain to Organizers; you might end up getting blocked/banned If you implement even 70% of these, all community folks in Bengaluru will like you.

How to Survive in Bengaluru - Only for Serious Founders. - Stay away from Noise and avoid FOMO - Don't entertain if someone constantly ghosts you - Avoid being a person applying to events where you are not the TG - Stop begging for something where things are not working out - Block or remove people who waste your time more than 2 Times - Be clear with Expectations and also set the same on other end - Do not indulge in the loop of "LET'S COLLABORATE" or "WE HAVE SYNERGIES" - Respect the ones who helped you even if you Raise lot of money or become Rich - Keep remembering and texting all those people whenever you get a chance and thank them - And yes don't be a Spammer If you have stayed here for 2+ years consecutively and even 70% of the things you implement, Life will become easier, and you will fall in love with the startup ecosystem of Bengaluru 🫡🍻

Coming up with the next curated Dinner & Drinks mixer, but this time with HR Leaders, the people behind the large workforce in any organisation. I make it no-agenda, but when people with the same interests come together in one room, the magic happens, and the conversation doesn't end until the restaurant closes. If you are working as an HR, TA or CHRO in any organisation, RSVP here: luma.com/8ra7h234

This was the first time I addressed students in an auditorium with a seating capacity of 800+, and a few were standing around. Usually, when I go to a college as a Judge, Speaker, or Panel Member, the auditorium is about 50% occupied, and this time it was overwhelming to see every seat filled. I saw a room full of 1st- and 2nd-year students from @IIITDelhi, and other colleges participating in Hackshift, a 24-hour hackathon organised by E-Cell IIITD on 17th October 2024. Glad to interact and speak with a few of them, and yes, students are becoming more aware and learning along the way.
