The man-to-man split is becoming a huge problem. Fresno State has played a TON of man and Braden has not completed many passes against it.
Having belief in your own team is “annoying” according to every New Mexico fan.
That would make New Mexico fans annoying as well.
The world keeps spinning.
RIP to a true legend of the game. Could only imagine the conversations about offense between Coach Jones and Coach Leach in heaven.
We are saddened to hear the passing of legendary #HawaiiFB Coach June Jones today.
He is UH’s winningest head coach with 76 wins, the master in the Run and Shoot Offense and a great mentor and teacher of the game.
Coach Jones was 73 years old. Rest in Aloha.

I CAN'T WATCH THIS A'S TEAM ANYMORE! #mlb #baseball #athletics youtube.com/shorts/OLYKSk0XD… via @YouTube
FLASHBACK: Nine straight losses heading into the All-Star break.
Rob @ROBD_94 from All on Green @allongreenpod had absolutely HAD IT with the A's.
"They don't hate losing enough."
And his assessment of the team's biggest problem?
"Everything."
Most A's fans reached their breaking point in 2026. This was Rob's.
This is exactly what I said to @JohnMiddlekauff a couple months ago. Start playing better teams in your own conference if you’re going to go to a 24 team playoff anyway.
If the regular season is meaningless, let’s at least make the matchups fun. Michigan State doesn’t need to play the top 3 teams next year, let them play the bottom teams to try and gain some momentum.
NEW: Ohio State AD Ross Bjork says the Big Ten is exploring a football scheduling model for 2028 based on the previous year’s standings:
"So next year’s schedule, we would not know who we’re playing other than protecting the rivalry games. Obviously we have the biggest one, right? Other than that the rest of the schedule could be based on how did the teams finish in the previous year. That’s how the NFL does it."

Let’s remember what drives ratings. Casuals do. I’m in a “Sports” chat with 20 dudes and 18 of them are what we call “shieldy’s.”
1. Casuals will not watch the “NIT” of College Football, look at the FCS playoffs.
2. A G6 school will win a playoff game eventually. It could be Boise State or Oregon State THIS year.
3. The winner of the PAC 12 is basically the G6 champion every year anyway. Don’t give me this MW or AAC garbage. I will not hear it.
Thankfully we see G6 coaches admitting what we know is best for them - their own playoff. As a competitor I would rather compete in a real championship that I could actually win than get your butt kicked annually by programs that have 10x the payroll.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
G6 coaches supported a separate playoff only conditionally if G6 teams retained CFP access, per the survey reporter; G6 teams have a guaranteed spot in the CFP.
