Park & Lighthouse Hotels, Paignton
Works are progressing well in a collaborative approach on the 161 bed Mercure and 123 bed Ibis Styles on Paignton seafront overlooking glorious Torbay. The scaffold is down exposing the front façade which is looking good in the June sun.

The Municipal, M Gallery, Liverpool: The Grade II listed former LCC office building is at an advanced stage of the refurbishment to a 189 bed hotel for Fragrance UK, with the launch being targeted for early next year.

Stovax, Skypark, Exeter
Work is proceeding at pace for the Exeter HQ. RWP are assisting @StovaxGazco in co-locating their various operations at Sowton to the new facility at Skypark.
The project involves 200,000 ft2 of warehouse/production area 30,000ft2 of offices/showrooms.
