When I get free time away from work, it looks a lot like this. It’s health and enjoyment wrapped into one. Cycling 30 miles and stopping at the bakery on the way back. It’s gardening the produce and homemaking the pizza. It’s drinking the wine, and still making my workout the next day. Balance is not always a given, but it’s created.
