Getting recruited isn’t the finish line.
Getting recruited earns you an opportunity.
Being ready earns you trust.
Once you arrive, nobody cares about your recruiting process.
Talent can get you on a roster.
Trust is what gets you on the field.
That’s the gap.
A lot of players think recruiting starts when a coach watches them play.
