I’m excited to announce I’m starting a new job as an NCAA/NIL Basketball Agent with 3 Strand Sports! I’m so thankful for everyone who has helped me along the way and I’m looking forward to representing some talented young athletes!

Unlike most labeled a point forward, Battie has a good shot from beyond the arc. He made two 3’s in the first half: a pull up after the defense went under a screen, and a semi-contested step back. Standing 6’8, it’s hard to get a meaningful contest even without the step back. @PRO16League @DawsonBattie

Top-10 prospect in the 2027 class @DawsonBattie is a special player, and his talents have been on full display in his match against @NJBulldogsAAU Battie is a true point forward, taking the ball down on most plays and being the primary ball handler in @SouthernTiesAAU’s pick and roll. He can easily beat a switch on an inverted pick and roll, forcing the defense to blitz him and leave other players open in the process. @PRO16League

Excited to announce a few updates: I have joined the @AggiesWire team covering Texas A&M athletics for USA Today! As a lifelong Aggie and former student (‘24), it’s truly an honor to cover my alma mater. I also have joined the @NxtProHoops / @PRO16League team as a scout, where I’ll be scouting the Puma AAU circuit! I’ve always loved talent eval, so the opportunity to scout a sneaker circuit is a blessing I can’t be thankful enough for. Check out my work there at @SmallredScouts Consequently, I’ve fallen back to a senior contributor role with @SoaringDwnSouth and @thesmokingcuban to clear some time in my schedule. I love the FanSided team and am thrilled to continue covering the Hawks and resume my Mavs coverage! Thankful for all the friends who have joined me on this journey 🫡

Player of the game in Maryland Venom vs 1 Life 1 Shot: Johnsen Kennedy @Johnsenkennedy3 Kennedy is physical and uses his body well both while finishing and dribbling. He’s also super crafty with his slashing game, pairing elite footwork with a high-level feel for the game that turned 4 possessions of good defense into relatively open layups. He’s also crafty with the pass, using head and pump fakes to create passing lanes. He’s also tough as nails, constantly taking charges, defending in the paint, and getting physical on his perimeter D. Super fun player to watch, will definitely be keeping an eye on Johnsen. @NxtProHoops

The wheels are starting to come off; Valid Kixx leads this one 57-23. Excellent all around effort from Valid Kixx in this match

Onyx 17U F #4 (Millender) just denied what would’ve been an emphatic block from the Valid Kixx center, then successfully contested the putback. Hes getting it done on both ends in this matchup, shouldering a large playmaking load on offense while providing critical help defense.

Onyx 17U trails Valid Kixx by 13 heading into the half, 36-23.

34 of Bricksquad Monopoly has a lot to offer on the court, but the way he carries himself on the bench and during dead balls has really stuck out to me. Constantly supporting, talking, rallying, and otherwise finding ways to impact the game even when he is not playing. That’s a good teammate right there

Just like that, the favor has been returned: #3 of Reno Hoopers got dunked on by #25 from Bricksquad Monopoly. 13 point Reno lead

Reno Hoopers 17U jumped out to an early 14 point lead over Bricksquad Monopoly, 20-6 through 6 minutes. Reno G/F #3 opened the game with a contact dunk and has been active in transition early in this one. Overall the team is playing excellent defense; BSM is struggling to get clean looks

Yakima Flight leads Mudville elite by 11 with 3:00 to go, just minutes after the game was at a 3-point margin. PG #2 (Sanchez) has been excellent in the paint, even posting up a defender with a 5+ inch height advantage and drawing the and-one

Team mindset leads for the first time in quite some time after F #6 grabbed two offensive rebounds and a steal to keep the offensive possession alive, before dishing it to an open teammate who put the team ahead. Mindset’s starting 5 (#1, #2, #3, #6, #33) has been on fire over the last few minutes

Evo Elite maintains an 8-point lead, but the most impressive player thus far has been Mindset’s newest player, who doesn’t not have a jersey. His foot speed and elite shot making make him a constant threat to the opposing defense

Evo Elite (AZ) leads Team Mindset (TX) 28-22 at the half

Valid Kixx G/F #22 (Stokes )has been on fire today. He scored the first 4 points of the game with an emphatic dunk and a layup to follow and is the lead scorer for Valid Kixx despite not holding onto the ball for too long
