This is correct. Everyone who voted for me should remember that you actually still can impact the LA Mayor outcome. Not by voting for Bass in some cynical gambit, but by getting Steve Hilton in as governor to keep a lid on how crazy Nithya gets and intervene on her failures.
Voting Karen Bass is morally unacceptable. She has been a complete disaster. There must be accountability. You cannot reward her with your vote. Yes, Nithya Raman is a DSA extremist. But she would be no worse than Bass. Do not vote for either. Los Angeles: I am your only hope.

Are noncitizens given ballots after being erroneously registered to vote by @CA_Dem CalvinBall rules? Yes, they are. A nonzero amount of them are voting right now. Ensuring that those votes don't disenfranchise US citizens is vital. I spar with @EricMessersmith @MattShupePR @TiffanyMBrannon @dojphofficial @CASOSVote @LACountyRRCC

Flávio Bolsonaro says he was ordered to hand over his passports after 'losing' the runoff election in Brazil. Bolsonaro says he went to visit his imprisoned father, who is the former president of Brazil, and was confronted by "Lula's Federal Police." "I went to visit my father... As I was leaving, Lula’s Federal Police were at his front door, and right there in the middle of the street." "I was served an order to surrender my passports; I am also prohibited from leaving the country..." "This is a sign that our democracy has failed..." "I will surrender my passports and defend myself against this travesty, which is a clear attempt to intimidate me. But no one will silence me..." Bolsonaro is calling for the election to be annulled following a last-minute voting extension made by Lula's former personal attorney. The New York Times reports that confusion over Justice Cristiano Zanin's last-minute voting extension could lead to the election being annulled. When Zanin made the last-minute decision to extend voting hours, some polling stations had already closed and shut down their voting machines. They could not reopen. "Fernando Neisser, an electoral law professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Brazilian research institute, said the election could be annulled if the margin is very narrow and it is shown that polling stations stayed open longer in areas that strongly favor one candidate," the NYT reported.

🚨 Brazil declares Lula the President: After an unprecedented and first time in history Lula extended the election for an additional 2 hours and now has won the Brazilian election. Prior to adding the additional 2 hours Flavio Bolsonaro was leading for the majority of the day and has now called to "annul" the election and has not accepted the election results. Many of Lula's supporters are self declared communists. In this video you will see why they voted for Lula and the causes they support. I highly encourage to watch and share this video as you see the ideology that is moving through Lula's political party in South Americas largest country.

California isn’t even pretending noncitizens aren’t voting in their elections anymore. They’re arguing the federal government can’t stop the state from counting their ballots.

Trump calls Bill Maher a complete loser with a low-rated, dishonest HBO show full of fake laughter. Contacts pushed for two White House dinners; Trump found Maher nervous, insecure, pothead/drunk, and the meetings a waste of time. He mocks Maher's lies on polls, ratings, and issues, then tells him to stop calling and never watches the show again. He hates him.

Next summer, the lights could go out in California, thanks to the blithering idiocy of California regulations. Say goodnight to three power plants the state is forcing to close even though they were needed for grid reliability earlier this month. Column: dailynews.com/2026/10/24/wis…

Replying to @Shilohmarx
Many of us have been saying this for a long time. It's not that illegals are going in and voting; Democrats are harvesting issued blank ballots and using them as needed to win elections. That's why it takes so long to "count".

How Come it Took the Left 8 Months to Expel George Santos, But it Took the Right 8 Years to Indict Ilhan Omar? Both lied about their names and origins. WASHINGTON - As federal investigators probe Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-Minn.) immigration history and identity following a search of her Washington residence earlier this month, some observers and the former congressman George Santos have drawn parallels to Santos's own well-documented fabrications about his background. The cases share surface similarities involving questions of personal identity, early-life narratives, and legal status, but they differ sharply in the speed and intensity of political and media response. smobserved.com/story/2026/10…

New York City Council Votes to Phase Out Horse-Drawn Carriages in Central Park by 2028 - Romanch's Law is named for 18-year-old Romanch Mahajan, a tourist from India who died on June 17, 2026. Mahajan was visiting New York with his parents and younger brother to celebrate his high school graduation. Near Cherry Hill in Central Park, their carriage driver stopped and stepped away to take a family photo. The horse then bolted. Mahajan's mother fell from the moving carriage; he jumped out in an attempt to help her and struck his head on the ground. He was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead that night. The rest of the family sustained minor injuries. The runaway carriage collided with another carriage and overturned. Authorities and the Central Park Conservancy described it as the first known human fatality involving the carriages in more than 150 years. The medical examiner ruled the death accidental from blunt force trauma. The driver was later suspended, and the horse was retired. smobserved.com/story/2026/10…
