I just have to say. The highlight of the night for me personally was watching @ewarren witness firsthand the outpouring of love for her that so many of us feel and have felt for a long time. She is so deserving. She is forever my inspiration and hero. 💙

It's crazy to think that as awful and overpriced as Boston is these days it would be that much worse if a few of us on Twitter didn't stop a few pieces of trash from bringing the Olympics here. You're welcome.

Sometimes it's hard to tell a grown-up they are wrong, but grown-ups make mistakes too! Have courage, be kind, and stand up for yourself. You and your feelings are important! 💙 #Season54

.@chrislhayes: These are the real stakes of the debate about Trump's rhetoric and fascist behavior. It leads people to believe that political violence is okay, that it’s desirable, that their political enemies are subhuman, and if you bash their head in with a hammer, it's funny.

There’s an extremely loud 30% of the country that’s pro-Trump, anti-choice, and anti-trans. They’ve convinced a lot of people they’re half the country but they’re not. They’re 30%.
Once again, the anti-trans shit is not working for GOP at all. Which is why it's even more disgusting that various centrists urged retreat on issue.

Tonight in Boston at The Wang Theatre/@BochCenter for @CrowdedHouseHQ’s final night of their tour was superbly superb and much-needed joy. (The quality of my phone photo? Not so much.) And Liam Finn as opener? #GoddamnDelightful 🌟🎸🎙️✨

“The United States will only make good on its financial obligations if it is even harder for poor people to get food” is such an absurd position to take and yet democrats act like it’s a reasonable concession
WASHINGTON (AP) — AP source: Biden, GOP agree to 2-year budget, debt-limit increase; includes enhanced work requirements for food aid.

It used to be normal for the House of Representatives to expand. It wasn’t until 1929 that Congress arbitrarily capped the size of the House at 435 members. Back then, each House member represented roughly 200,000 people. Today, that number is 760,000. Expand the House.
