The release of water seen here at Bartlett Dam will flow over Granite Reef Diversion Dam into the normally dry Salt River then make its way through the Valley. These releases create capacity to capture runoff from fall storms, winter precipitation and spring snowmelt.

Please practice canal safety this spooky season! 🎃 1) Keep trick-or-treaters a safe distance away from the edge of canals. 2) Use leashes on your pets and a safety strap to secure strollers to your body while walking nears canals. 3) Never jump in to rescue pets or objects.
