👊On October 20, 2026, Linda, a founding member of Big Clean Skies Montana (see @gfcollaborative to join) brought the Reclaim Our Skies Open Letter to Legislators to her city commission during public comment. She spoke calmly and factually about public safety, environmental concerns, and the growing number of well-funded efforts aimed at weather and climate manipulation. Commissioners listened, requested copies, and appeared very open to the information. This kind of direct, respectful delivery is exactly how the open letter is meant to be used. It gives local officials a short, factual starting point with sources, so they can decide whether to learn more, support related measures, or consider sponsoring legislation in their own state. SBS (Space-Based Sunshade) is a proposed $1–$10 trillion, SRM system designed by The Planetary Sunshade Institute (PSI), to darken the Earth, by reflecting 1% of sunlight, to lower temperatures by 1.8°F. It would place thousands of reflective space mirrors/shades or controlled dust clouds near the Sun-Earth L1 point (roughly 0.9–1.2 million miles away), covering about 1.16 million square miles and requiring 50–100+ million metric tons of mass, mostly lunar aluminum and silicon in preferred heliogyro designs of around 5,000 units, each about 25 miles across. Led by Executive Director Morgan Goodwin and founder Ross Centers, they work with NCAR, Cornell, the University of Nottingham, and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). JPL covers NASA’s DimSun Dust Cloud Program, which outlines a similar L1 controlled dust-cloud approach capable of a roughly 1.16% insolation cut at an estimated $134 billion. UK’s ARIA provided $500K for the Institute’s 2026 Space Reflector Baseline Survey, which examined six architectures and found the concept buildable with existing physics adjustable within days, durable for decades; dust clouds offering roughly a 600× mass advantage; and L1 as the strongly preferred location. PSI emphasizes that any deployment would require government authorization and flags termination-shock risks if the system were suddenly halted, while offering little detail on ocean acidification, human health, or broader environmental risks, such as lack of photosynthesis and vitamin D, or harms to agriculture and farmland. A dedicated page also discusses Elon Musk’s recent posts on massive scale geoengineering, in the context of private-initiative potential given current satellite infrastructure and capability, rocket launch and data-center scale. So if @SecKennedy has publicly stated that we need to end #geoengineering why is this still happening. We know @DARPA is involved along with public/private partnerships of EVIL to include NextRad radar, HAARP and contractors spraying us like bugs despite laws being passed to make this all illegal. The issue is this evil ignores "laws"...they are governed by statutes and the laws are weak sauce to boot. They do not address planes flying in from other states to poison your state's sky. In Florida, SB56 says you can not take off nor land if you are conducting geo-enginering. We are being exterminated...In full view broad daylight violation of our God given fundamental right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness. So when RFK and the Federal government does NOTHING about it...then you can only draw one conclusion. They are all in on it.

$20.5M SilverLining, Update #3 ✈️ From 2018 - 2026 they have moved from climate intervention R&D, to SAI governance work, to filing an international patent (PCT, Patent Cooperation Treaty) to deploy SAI aerosols using turbine engines/exhaust. January 2026: WO2026010683A2 (“Aerosol technology”) covers systems that inject liquid aerosol materials or precursors, primarily SULFURIC ACID (H2SO4) or sulfate into the combustor or exhaust duct of turbine engines on aircraft. This is extremely similar in purpose to Stardust Solutions’ July 2026, recent PCT patent for airborne dispersal of reflective particles from aircraft. WO2026139957A2. The hot engine gases mix with and evaporate the material to form controlled sulfate aerosols that can reflect sunlight. It also allows other materials such as nitric acid and ammonia, or solid aerosols. Systems include spray bars, splash plates, superheated flash-atomization nozzles, transverse jets, V-gutters, and exhaust plume manipulators so the material mixes and evaporates properly with the hot engine gases/exhaust. Controllable injectors plus real-time sensors and feedback adjust particle size and output. The patent focuses on the aircraft engine technology and control systems and also notes the technology could apply to ships, ground plants, or balloons. SilverLining founded in 2018 by Kelly Wanser.
