The first nationwide recruiting group built entirely by people who have actually lived the journey.
Not salespeople.
Not outsiders.
Not advisors reading from a script.
Our team includes:

⚾️ Team captains
⚾️ All-Americans
⚾️ Professional players
⚾️ College coaches
⚾️ College World Series veterans
Meet the team:
@PeterMichael00 — Founder & CEO | West Coast
@DHoy_3 — East Coast Scout & Advisor
@Garretpike2 — Midwest Scout & Advisor
@kaamau_13 — Central Scout & Advisor
Click each name. Read their stories.
Because our résumés aren’t what truly separate us.
We actually care.
You will never be another number, transaction or paycheck to us. We will treat your career like our own—because we understand how much every conversation, opportunity and decision can affect your future.
Who else can honestly say that?
Short answer: no one.

⚾ CB: 71–74 MPH
⚾ SL: 75–77 MPH
⚾ CH: 73 MPH
💥 EV: 98 MPH
📚 3.7 GPA
Cash is a legitimate two-way athlete with tremendous long-term upside.
His pitchability, ability to change speeds and understanding of how to attack hitters are extremely advanced for his age.
At the plate, he brings a 98 MPH exit velocity with plenty of room to continue developing as he gets stronger.
The interest is building, but the goal remains finding the right program for his future.

Your current circumstances are a terrible predictor of your eventual ceiling.
A bad season isn’t your identity.
Being behind isn’t permanent.
Getting overlooked isn’t the end.
Keep building.
One chapter can change everything.

A great reminder for athletes and anyone working toward something bigger:
Don’t get overwhelmed by the mountain. Focus on the next step, trust the work, and keep showing up.
Day by day, the process gets you closer.
