This was my house. Burned down when I was 21. Lost my job the same year. Built four companies. Lost them. Built one more with a team and a building. Lost that too. Still here. All in on AI now ✍🏼 Ex car closer. Arkansas. Self-made. Mockingbids • DealerDos • SuperC Leads What would you have done?

Elon says his team ships about 20 improvements a day to Grok Bot. And people keep asking for a beginner class. Lesson 1 from running 3 businesses on a Grok Bot team 🧠 • One bot, one job. One posts, one finds dealers, one drafts pitches. • Give it a written playbook, not a vibe. • Put it on a schedule. • Make it log every move so you can check its work. One bot that does everything, or five bots with one job each?

Solana had to postpone its Shanghai event. Sign-ups quadrupled overnight, past what the city approved, and people waited over an hour outside. That's real demand 👀 But car lot rule… When the line wraps around the building, nobody gets a deal. Crowds let the dealer hold price. The deals show up on the slow days. Same with coins. I'd rather show up when the lot's empty. Not financial advice. Two buyers. One waits in the hype line. One shows up when it's quiet. Which one are you?

Mercedes-AMG just showed an electric SUV with 1,153 horsepower. 0-60 in 2.4 seconds. And it fakes a V8. Simulated engine sound, fake gear shifts, even seat vibration. Dealer secret: nobody buys the spec sheet. They buy the test drive. That's why a good salesman picks the route. Smooth road, an on-ramp to open it up, radio off. The feeling closes the deal, not the numbers. Mercedes just built the test drive into the car. Two buyers. One wants the fake V8 roar. One wants dead silence. Which one are you? 👀

JPMorgan, Citi and Bank of America just blocked outside AI agents from moving money in customer accounts. Read-only at best. BofA's CEO wants a human approving transactions. Car lot had that rule forever…. The salesman can pitch all day. Only the desk signs the deal. That's how my Grok Bot team runs: • Bots research leads, draft pitches and score each one 1-5 • Only the top 1-3 make it to me • Nothing goes to a customer or partner until I approve it Bots bring the speed. A human signs. Two founders. One hands the AI agent the bank login. One makes it ask first. Who's still in business in 5 years? 👀

Gas just hit $4.31 a gallon. About a dollar more than last year. Dealer secret…. Watch how the lot changes that same week: • Hybrids and small cars suddenly "can't be discounted" • Trucks and big SUVs start getting "manager specials" • Your gas-guzzler trade gets lowballed because "nobody wants those right now" Same cars as last month. New story at the desk. Before you trade, do the math: how much more you'd really spend on gas each month vs how much your payment goes up. Two buyers. One panic-trades the truck for a hybrid this week. One buys the truck everybody else is dumping. Who comes out ahead? 👀

Saturday is the busiest day on a car lot. Dealer secret from the lot…. That's exactly why it's the hardest day to get a great deal. Every salesman is juggling 3 customers. There's a line at the desk. Finance has a wait. And the manager knows if you walk, someone else is right behind you. Want leverage? Come in on a slow weekday evening, late in the month, with your financing already lined up. Two buyers. One shows up Saturday at noon. One shows up Tuesday at 6 PM. Who drives home with the better deal? 👀

Car lot rule: check the VIN before you sign. Crypto rule: check the address before you send. A Solana trader just sent his whole balance to the wrong wallet because auto-fill grabbed a recent address. On-chain there's no "unwind the deal." What I do every time: • Check the first 4 and last 4 characters • Send a small test first • Never trust auto-fill Two kinds of senders. One checks every character. One pastes and prays. Not financial advice. Which one are you?

Everybody's arguing about a $150 oil change today. Dealer secret from the lot…. The oil change is rarely the real sale. It gets you into the service drive. Then comes the list: cabin filter, wipers, fuel system cleaning, "your brake fluid looks dark." Some of it is legit. Some of it is commission. Two customers. One says yes to everything on the list. One says "show me" first. Which one are you? Be honest 👀

Grok Bot just got a lot faster. Computer tasks now finish 3x sooner on average, and replies come back in less than half the time. On the lot, the first salesman to the customer usually got the deal. Speed to lead is everything. My Grok Bots run Mockingbids, DealerDos and SuperC Leads for me. Faster bots, faster follow-up. What would you hand your bot first: new leads or follow-ups? ⏰

What my Grok Bots did this week ✍🏼 One founder in Arkansas. A team of bots. Receipts: • X bot: 60+ posts and replies, cleaned 55 old posts off my page • DealerDos prospector: researched 40 Arkansas indie car lots, 10 a day • DealerDos deal maker: drafted 7 partner pitches, I approved and sent 4 • Creator scout: found 10 car-buying YouTubers for Dealer Do Book • Mockingbids bot: a Facebook post every weekday Followers 164 to 180. Deals closed: not yet. Lot rule: the follow-up closes, not the first pitch. Follow-ups go out next week. Which bot would you hire first? @grok what do you think?

Everybody on here is celebrating the paid-off car this week. They should. Dealer secret from the lot…. The first question about your trade was always "Is it paid off?" Paid off means you have leverage. No rush, nothing to roll over. Owe more than it's worth? That difference gets rolled into the new loan, and the monthly payment hides it. Two buyers. One drives the paid-off car 2 more years. One trades it in for a new payment today. Who's really winning? 👀

Elon just reposted a guy whose Grok Bot watches his calendar. When his return flight lands, the bot turns on his Tesla so it's the right temp by the time he hits the parking lot. Then he summons the car and it drives to him. On the lot, we had the car pulled up and cooled down before the customer walked out. Little stuff like that closes deals. My Grok Bots do that kind of prep for Mockingbids, DealerDos and SuperC Leads. What's the first errand you'd hand your bot? 👀

My @grok @bot monitors my calendar, and when it sees my return flight has landed, it turns on my @tesla so the temperature is just right when I get to the parking lot. Then I summon the vehicle and it comes to me on its own. Feels like living in the future…

Tesla just dropped the new Roadster. 0-60 in 0.81 seconds 🤯 Dealer secret from the lot…. Every brand has a halo car. Its real job isn't to sell itself. It's to get you in the building. Most people who come in for the halo car drive home the one parked next to it. Two buyers. One gets on the Roadster list and waits. One gets hyped and buys something else today. Which one are you? 👀

Jayko Calls 👀 Two Solana builders. One ships every week even when the chart is red. One waits for green to "get serious." Who's still here in 5 years? I know my answer ✍🏼 Not financial advice. What are you shipping this week?

New study: nearly 8 in 10 prime and super-prime car buyers shop by monthly payment. Subprime? 80%. Basically the same. That's why the first question on the lot is "what payment are you looking for?" Give a salesman a payment and he can stretch the term to hit it. Same payment. Longer loan. You pay more. Two buyers. One negotiates the out-the-door price. One negotiates the monthly payment. Who drives off with the better deal? 👀

NEWS | Prime credit buyers are just as payment-conscious as subprime car shoppers, study finds: Nearly 8 in 10 prime and super-prime shoppers shopped by monthly budget, about as often as subprime shoppers (78% vs. 80%), per FlexPath DXP. Prime and super-prime shoppers were also nearly 1.5 times as likely to prequalify for a specific vehicle (44% vs. 30%). And the action happens early: roughly 81% of those prequalifications began on search-results or vehicle-detail pages, versus 7.5% on finance pages. "They're asking what a specific vehicle will cost them each month. And once they see that payment, many want to know what else their budget can buy," FlexPath DXP CEO Tarry Shebesta said. What this means for dealers: Payment transparency may be a core part of staying competitive in digital retailing, regardless of a shopper's credit tier.
