Something is clicking. Subscriptions are taking off. No team. No growth hacks. Just Claude, constant shipping, and a lot of trial and error. I think the iPhone Duo just became a business expense.

Woke up to 4 fewer subscriptions today. I’m usually pretty good at handling the ups and downs of building an app. Some days you grow. Some days you lose subscribers. But for some reason, today hit harder than usual. No big lesson here. Just felt like sharing. It’ll pass. The roller coaster keeps going.
