I don't mind mind people referencing the fact that I've only followed the club for five minutes mate, I hardly keep my glory hunting bandwagon jumping a secret after all. I don't agree tho that there is some sort of "divide" based on whether fans are new or old.

I don’t like the comments about being around back in 2002. We have new fans now and they are just as important as legacy fans. Without them this club would never have grown to the size it is now. I remember going to Anfield as one of 70 away fans.

I don't know about the "those of us who were around" divide Jane, plenty who WERE around have voted yes. As for the other bids, I trust that we've looked into all & concluded this is the best one.

I’m not convinced. Something about this deal does not feel right. Would also like to know more about the other deals that were on the table, like Robbie Earle’s group. I mean, if necessary, I would rather have less money injected, but by people who have an emotional connection with the club. And felt the same pain as those of us who were wombles when our club was ripped from us.

I like an analogy. We're like a big ship with a gaping hole in the side, we ARE going to sink & everyone knows it. Fortunately, the guys we elected to be "hole fixers" have suggested a solution. Now, we can either get on & fix the hole or we can debate it for months & sink.
I am happy that the DTB have done the proof of funds and background checks. We voted to be fan-owned which means we vote our representatives to the DTB and have to trust fellow members have done what need be. If not fan ownership is the problem not the investors.

Apologies Mike I didn't realise you'd said it BEFORE last night 👍

Firstly this post was made before the game. Secondly I don’t want to slag Sasu, but Jesus his stats make it hard not to. Also we tried him at striker and he was bloody awful. The occasional 6/10 surrounded by 3s and 4s doesn’t mean he’s done well.

He very nearly ruined it last night by providing the assist for Stockley hitting the bar. He was also our best player. Not bad for a right footed kid who's a striker playing left wing back. I find some of the discourse about this lad odd. You watch that & want to slag Sasu?
Can Sasu make it to 100 professional games without a goal contribution? #afcw

How can people be THIS stupid? He literally said "the son of a man who failed his 11+", ie his Dad. This isn't even one of those tricky, "Your Mums sisters Dad's half cousin, what are they to you?" pub quiz questions, it's just normal English. Wow.
How did Burnham fail the 11+ when he was six when it was scrapped? The Bus Stop Wanker is lying.

It won't be long until I'm a pentioner myself, & I too have "paid in all my life" etc. What Labour are proposing tho is that pensions will either go up by 2.5% a year, or the rate of inflation, WHICHEVER IS BIGGER. It's hardly a bad deal, every sensible economist supports it.

What do you mean "A lot of the fans"? Nobody goes 😂 I wasn't around as a Wimbledon fan when all the shenanigans occured. I don't have that same visceral hate for you guys that many do. I literally don't GAF about MK. I just don't understand why you don't make your own history.
Replying to @14thefrog
‘I aren’t crying’ 🤣 so why say ‘just call it MK City and move on’. I don’t think dropping the dons would be for our benefit anyway. A lot of our fans that consistently go to games have openly spoke about not going if we ‘drop the dons’ as you suggest. It would hurt the club.

Takes a lot to get me "excited" these days mate 😂. Believe me, your football club could win the FA Cup or get relegated to the national league, neither would get me excited. There are more important things than football fella 👍

That's not quite try Mickey old boy. You seem to get very excited by us on a regular basis.

Yep I don't really see how anyone can disagree with that.
He doesn’t share my politics, but Andy Burnham is transparently a good human being.

Fucking hell I'm agreeing with Edwina Currie. I need to have a lie down 😂. I did see an article from that rabid communist Jeremy Hunt a couple of weeks ago too. Another Marxist who says the triple lock is bonkers.
You write as if the entire pension is being abolished. Nonsense. Triple lock was introduced in 2010 to solve a problem ,, but now it’s not necessary. I’d rather have a decent care system, so would many OAPs.

Over a 38 game period his team won 36 & drew two, then didn't win the league. I mean fucking hell bent or what?
Fought against corruption and spoke his mind throughout his 9 years and still managed to deliver legitimately. We were robbed of a greater legacy and trophies, but I’m forever thankful to Jurgen for beating the cheating organisation. Legend. ❤️

On that one you ain't far wrong Mucker. Kids doing alright, dog doesn't shit in the house too often, our horses are running well & beer still tastes as good as it did when I was 18. I don't "think about" you lot unless we play you. Then, I find it a very odd experience.

I aren't "crying", I couldn't give a flying f*** to be totally honest 😂. I ask because IMHO it would be for your benefit. It's one thing dressing up as batman for a fancy dress party, it's entirely different changing your name to B. Atman & wearing the suit every day 😂
Replying to @14thefrog
Even having a slight hope that we’ll ’drop the dons’ is so stupid 🤣 it was 24 years ago that we were moved up to Milton Keynes, you’ve surely finished crying about it now, move on.

My only problem with the Andy Burnham speech today (I didn't agree with ALL of it but I did most of it) was that he never said he'd run in the next election on a 'Rejoin the EU" ticket. It's obvious that he thinks we should (as do most people), just be brave & go for it.
🚨 BREAKING: Andy Burnham has pledged to scrap the state pension triple lock after the next election "From April 2030, we will adjust it. The state pension will continue to rise every year at least by prices or 2.5%"
