The most dominant pitching performance I've ever seen on video is Sam McDowell pitching the 7th inning of the 1968 All-Star game. RIP Sudden Sam.

Ebay authentication via @PSA affirmatively damaging cards through negligent packaging is a serious and persistent problem that is not being addressed in any serious way.
A $40 card was reported as delivered but was never received in my mailbox or door. I've ordered thousands of $$ of cards from @4SharpCorners but they sent a form letter denying my request (with explanation) for refund since it was reported delivered. Never buying from them again.
I've been a Knicks fan for over 50 years and from 1989 to 1999 I was part of a shared season ticket package. I saw Michael Jordan play about a half-dozen times, including in the 1993 playoffs. I HATE Michael Jordan.
By the 1990s, he was receiving incredible star treatment and he was quite easy to dislike as an opponent. That 1993 series was particularly galling, as after the Knicks went up 2-0, the Bulls tied the Series in Chicago in what were some of the worst refereed games in NBA history.
Acquired in a deal after a 10 year search, this card is now the cornerstone of this 70 Topps Auto collection.
Thurman Munson was a 7-time All-Star in an 11 year career, an MVP, a ROY and the leader of two World Series champions. He tragically passed in a airplane crash in 1979.

On July 4, 1934, legendary pitcher Satchel Paige threw a no-hitter while pitching for the Pittsburgh Crawfords. Josh Gibson was the catcher.
TRIVIA QUESTION. Who are the other three pitchers in the MLB history to throw no-hitters on regulation games on the 4th of July?
We posted the newest Cardboard Cynics on Saturday and its a fun one, getting some great comments.
Check it out. youtu.be/J0plisisSSQ?si=_HRm…
Its nice to be able to go back and see when some know-nothing "influencer" is completely and laughably wrong and you, a nobody, is 100% right.
Not only did the Boston Card Hunter "No PSA May" NOT have any impact whatsoever, but PSA shafted customers again right in the middle of the Month.
Episode 10 is up on Carlos's channel and man did we break down this new ridiculous company "Oh YAAS" and its terrible sources of money. That and much more. youtu.be/_5heth-cXTo?si=HtwR…
On Friday I posted Episode 9 of Cardboard Cynics, and I feel like its our best one ever. I certainly had fun!

Buck Martinez was a solid catcher for 17 MLB seasons, mostly with the Royals and Blue Jays. It was after his career that he excelled with a four-decade HOF career in broadcasting that lasted until his retirement earlier this year. TTM received back in 9 days.
