@SkyHelpTeam my father had scammers order a phone on his account before Xmas. He inadvertently took delivery. They sent someone to collect it but we held on to it.
We have let sky know, registered with fraud dept etc

@SkyHelpTeam it is impossible to get through to someone on the phone who understands this. Fraud department keep promising to call back but never do. What do we do?
