As a law professor who has been teaching Sexual Violence law for decades I’m shocked by the total lack of knowledge about rape law in this country. Rape law PERMITS rather than prohibits rape bc rape/porn/trafficking is a trillion dollar industry. Its always about money #Cornell

When a woman says she didn’t consent, that’s it. Case closed. The investigation is over - let a jury decide if they believe her beyond a reasonable doubt. Women have a constitutional right of redress under the 1st Amendment. Let the jury-NOT patriarchal politics-decide. #Cornell

The WNBA has a chance to truly move forward. Stop placating to “the old guard” that wants to hold on to what it used to be; no longer should it strive to just be “an activist league,” when it has a chance to be so much more.
The WNBA is wearing clothes that no longer fit.
With a vacant commissioner job and a handful of leadership jobs open at high-profile franchises, it's time to revamp the wardrobe, writes @JerryBrewer.

Sophie Cunningham is getting a lot of push back on a post she shared about ‘being better Americans’ after Democrats win midterm elections.
The Leftists don’t like her message on taking personal accountability.
"A population of weak, unhealthy, uninformed and dependent people is a hell of a lot easier to control than a population of strong, healthy, educated and self-reliant people."

Massive victories in Colorado!
Not by politicians. By people who took matters into their own hands.
@Erin4Parents, with virtually no money, led a team of volunteers to collect more than 500,000 signatures.
They got three child protection measures on the ballot, and three victories!
• No more gender surgeries on kids.
• Girls’ sports protected.
• Life in prison without parole for child sex traffickers.
Except for actual females, right Tish? You Democrats need to get a grip. #GenderIdeology is a CULT that is harmful for women and girls. What other tiny group thinks its demands should negate the actual rights of half the population??!! The electorate REJECTS gender ideology.
We won our lawsuit against @NassauExec over his unlawful transgender athlete ban.
Transgender athletes have the right to play on the court or field like everyone else.
As long as I am attorney general, no New Yorker will be shut out of public life because of who they are.

🚨 EVEN IN BLUE STATES: Voters in Arizona, Nebraska, Colorado and Washington all passed measures keeping men out of women's sports.
Nebraska went for it at nearly 68 percent. Arizona passed it 58.9 to 41.1.
Colorado did it in a deep blue state during a blue wave. Washington followed.
Democrats spent millions telling voters this was not an issue. Voters disagreed everywhere.
They can have the gavels. We kept the girls' locker rooms.
GOOD.
This is SOOOO EXCELLENT!! Are you going to cover this, and cover it FAIRLY @maddow @NewsHour @CBSNews @ABC @democracynow @CNN @NBCNews ?!

BREAKING: Protect Kids Colorado declares VICTORY on all three of their ballot initiatives:
1. Protect girls' sports
2. Ban sex change surgeries for kids
3. Life in prison for sex trafficking of kids
They were outspent by more than 18 to 1 and they still won during a blue wave.

#BREAKING: Washington passes law banning transgender athletes in school sports.
The far and away best news of the night!!! #GirlsSports4Girls #FemaleInclusion!! #GenderIdeology is a cult that threatens the safety, dignity, privacy, and opportunities of half the population.
