I've been working for a bit on fixing some of the annoying mupen bugs in new mupen

Stuff like starting out in an unreachable save state slot, check boxes not properly being set on the UI, the game running for a frame or so when you close the menu

Hopefully when I'm finished looking at it mupen will be easier to use! The work people are putting in to modernize it and fix issues helps a ton.
