Allan Wanga went back to university after retiring from football. He has an opportunity to become the next vice-president. He should lead the effort to remove Hussein Mohammed after AFCON. Why not before AFCON? Because we don't have enough time to change the entire leadership structure with the little time remaining. We need stability to get through the tournament, but once AFCON is behind us, Kenyan football needs a serious leadership overhaul.

Hussein Mohammed is also not good for Kenyan football. Once Mariga is gone, he should also be shown the door after AFCON. His deal with SportPesa is fishy. Even a school dropout can smell that something is not adding up. How he arrived at that contract, and the circumstances surrounding the deal, should be thoroughly investigated.
