#afternoonbriefing no one denies there should be robust debate but lots have exceeded the level acceptable & worse, politicians & esp media who ignore violent & hateful narratives like ON cartoons are culpable of condoning & promoting the violence & hate they ignore.
Watch any interview with Bragg, Tehan, Wilson et al as an example of firing off untruths, name calling & lies which in my experience have never been challenged (promoted in some cases) by legacy media & esp the @abcnews. These remarks should be challenged until retraction. Yet 🦗

One Nation has been criticised after an old cartoon depicting a vehicle being used to target political figures resurfaced online following the alleged attack on independent MP Helen Haines.
The renewed attention comes as politicians call for calmer public debate after Haines was critically injured and had both legs amputated.
