Waiting to hear back from @BestBuySupport ...
Service from @ASUSUSA is awful @afk__joe. I have been getting the run around since Friday trying to get @CallofDuty #BO4 that I’m owed. @BestBuy says to contact @ASUSUSA then ASUS customer service says contact the promotion department, which then says contact customer service!!!!

Gonna be that guy now and rant. My recent experience with @ASUSUSA technical support and repairs for laptops has been DISMAL (excluding Eugene D.). Their BIOS update can apparently no longer handle my add on RAM. Literally never heard from the same person twice.

Now if only @AsusHelpUS could finally give this Veteran their #BO4 #Activision promotion code so I can finally start playing the game on my new #Rog machine
