The @2seasEMPOWERCARE project have completed the Empowerment Strategy to deliver what matters to individuals and communities in managing their own care and a Blueprint which focuses on initiatives and technologies that support enablement at individual and community level.

Partners #VITO, @Kent_cc and @uniofbrighton hosted the final #EMPOWERCARE Annual Event on the 14th Sept. The virtual event was well supported with over 60 attendees and focused on the projects exciting Tech Blueprint! #2seasempowercare

Last week, project partner @IDT_innovation in Kent, thanked some of their #EMPOWERCARE Digital Ambassadors with an afternoon tea. All the volunteers have been working hard in the community for the past 12 months teaching digital skills - #Thankyou!
