Maybe I'm just in the minority here, but I'm very glad that Nintendo is spacing out the releases of their big AAA titles as opposed to rushing them with frequent releases. It allows them time to polish the products and prevents burnout.

Now that we know the Ocarina Remake is an internal Nintendo project, it's *unprecedented* that Switch 2 will almost certainly go at least 2 years without a 3D Mario, and likely 3-4+ years without a Zelda of its own.

Granted, I feel like I understand WHY current Nintendo fans are like this. The Wii U era also followed this practice, but went waaaay too far with it, leaving its library with barely any memorable games. So now if Nintendo dares to take their time, it's seen as a bad thing.
