I hope you realize, as soon as possible, just how fragile the privilege of having someone in your life really is. Any conversation, any embrace, any phone call, any silly little reel you might send to someone, could unknowingly be the last piece of yourself that you ever get to leave with them. I think we often fall into living so comfortably in the assumption that there will always be another tomorrow, another opportunity to apologize, another chance to say what we should've said today. But life has never promised us that. People can disappear from our lives with such frightening suddenness. Sometimes the smallest unfinished moments become the heaviest things we carry. It's something I'm still learning to live with. I wish I'd spent less time taking everything so personally, less time allowing fear and pain to speak for me, and more time remembering that the people we love are not guaranteed to be here when we're finally ready to soften, listen, show up, or forgive.

YOU’RE DOWNLOADING THEIR ENERGY.. Every time you have sex, your energy fields braid and that energetic imprint can stay with you for up to seven years. If the connection isn’t consciously cleared, your light body forms a living cord between your template and theirs. So if they carried unresolved pain, addiction, or karmic density that energy now lives in your field. That’s why, even years later, you might still feel anxiety, longing, or shame that isn’t even yours. Your body remembers what your mind tried to forget. Sex is a soul contract until it’s revoked. Your womb, your root, your nervous system, they all store memory. And your body can’t fully regenerate while it’s still entangled. Cord cutting isn’t “woo-woo.” It’s bioenergetic hygiene. Here’s how to reclaim your light: 1. Face the memory with clarity. 2. Speak their name. 3. Say it aloud: I now release all energetic, emotional, and sexual cords between us. I revoke any soul contracts no longer in alignment. I reclaim my body, my field, and my light. 4. Breathe deeply. Visualize the cord dissolving into the Eternal Flame. You’re not broken, you’ve just been carrying energy that isn’t yours. It’s time to return to your natural state: God. Sovereign. Free.

In 1995, doctors told a family to say goodbye. Brielle was fading fast. At barely two pounds, her oxygen was plummeting, her skin was turning blue, and every machine in the ICU screamed that her tiny heart was giving up. Then a nurse broke the rules. Ignoring hospital protocol that strictly separated premature twins, she trusted instinct over machinery. She gently picked up Brielle’s stronger sister, Kyrie, and laid her into the same incubator. Two fragile bodies, side by side, just as they had grown together in the womb. What happened next silenced the entire room. Within minutes, the alarms stopped. Brielle’s oxygen levels surged. Her frantic pulse steadied, her ragged breathing slowed, and the warmth flooded back into her skin. Then came the moment that brought veteran doctors to their knees: Kyrie slowly lifted her tiny, fragile arm and wrapped it entirely around her dying sister—anchoring her to this world. That single embrace didn’t just save a life. It shattered standard medical protocol forever, pioneering the practice of "co-bedding" twins across neonatal units worldwide. Science couldn’t save her that night. A sister’s touch did. Never underestimate the power of simply refusing to let go.
