Speed Checkpoint #2 🧪⚡
Our 2nd laser-timed 30/10 Fly session with Dashr Silver Gates is in the books.
✅ 10 athletes now sub-1.00
⚡ 15 athletes over 20 MPH
Top 3 – Boys Saenz (0.91) | Edwards (0.93) | Benjamin / Sanders / Martinez (0.98)
Top 3 – Girls Holland (1.04) | Sayre (1.13) | Garcia (1.13)
We prioritize speed, build it patiently, and refuse to overcook the steak.
The data is starting to show the benefits.
This is what intentional development looks like. – at Inverness Highlands North, FL
