We've ID'd a major issue printing Pro PCTG on a @snapmaker U1. If you enable "Extrusion Flow Calibration" when sending a print to the U1, it calibrates at 220C, which is far too cold for Pro PCTG. This will give massively incorrect U1 internal calibration values, and your print will almost certainly look like trash. It appears the U1 firmware 1.6.0 isn't parsing/associating the Pro PCTG sliced temperature correctly and falls back to its built-in material temperature. This seems to be because Snapmaker doesn't have PCTG as a reference material in their firmware (even though it's a filament option on the U1 screen). Solution for now: do not enable Extrusion Flow Calibration when sending or starting a print on your U1. Instead, manually calibrate the pressure advance value following the instructions from Snapmaker's wiki: wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapma… #3dprinting
