🚨 @Roblox @RobloxCreators There appears to be a huge false moderation wave affecting innocent creators. Please investigate your moderation system. Over the past couple of days, a growing number of Roblox creators have reportedly been permanently terminated under the Terrorism & Violent Extremism policy over keywords such as “dollhouse,” “comgirl/comboy,” “DHRP,” and other tags that many creators believed were harmless catalog keywords. This isn’t the only moderation issue affecting creators right now. Personally, my uploading account (@ s2oulsuploader) has received 8 false “Duplicate Content/Spam” strikes on hair recolors, as well as 2 “Terrorism & Violent Extremism” strikes, despite never intending to upload or promote anything harmful. This has caused the account to be terminated, with all of my appeals being denied by ai in MINUTES. If these keywords were considered prohibited, they should have been tagged when creators uploaded their items, not left in use for months or even years before suddenly resulting in permanent account terminations. Many creators such as myself simply copied tags from existing catalog items or used terminology that had been common throughout the avatar community, with no indication they could lead to this. Some of the affected items had reportedly been up for years before any action was taken. I also personally know verified creators who have been permanently terminated and had their verified groups locked. I’ll be posting a thread below with affected creators to show this is not an isolated case. We fully support Roblox taking action against genuinely harmful content. We’re simply asking for fair moderation, proper human review, and reversals of false strikes. If you’ve been affected, please reply below. If you haven’t, please consider sharing this so it reaches the Roblox moderation team.

Hi everyone, I don't come on here as much but this Roblox moderation is getting out of hand. I'm in extreme debt and since my dumbself decided to take payment after I can't get my money to pay off my lawyer.

My roblox account “hiresei” was wrongfully terminated. I am a UGC creator, and all my robux was earned through my hard work. I have never made unauthorized off-platform transactions. All my appeals were declined despite my proof. @robloxdevrel #robloxdeveloper #robloxdev

On top of this, my UGC groups that I had worked hard on were locked considering my account was the owner of them. I provided every bit of transaction proof, chat screenshots, and even my portfolio to debunk these claims. My appeals were rejected.

‼️‼️ This is happening way too often lately. One of my modellers too @414ly_, was recently permanently banned for ''off-platform Robux trading'' after receiving legitimate Robux payments for UGC commission work, and the only ''big'' purchase she made was a 25k Robux gamepass to pay someone else for a commission, so even that was still just dev work. She has proof of everything, the work, transactions, chats, and files for each commission, but when she contacted support, she just received an automated response with no chance to appeal again. She’s lost access to the Robux she legitimately earned from work for me and other UGC groups. Developers should not have to fear losing their accounts, earnings, and years of work simply for paying or being paid for legitimate dev work. This is genuinely threatening the roblox dev ecosystem. Username: hiresei Ticket ID: 180605857 @Roblox @robloxdevrel please look into these cases.

Roblox has now PERMANENTLY TERMINATED my account over alleged off-platform Robux trading. My account held MILLIONS of Robux and years of development work. It’s now all at risk. To the best of my knowledge, I have never knowingly participated in unauthorized Robux trading. My appeal was rejected, despite Roblox providing ZERO details about the activity that supposedly caused this. Multiple developers I know were also warned/banned around the same time. Please @robloxdevrel, I desperately need someone to look into this. #RobloxDev #RobloxDeveloper

Roblox killed 2D Clothing. To upload 2D Clothing you must now - Be ID verified - Have an active Roblox Plus subscription - Pay an upload fee of 200 Robux - Pay a publishing fee of 600 Robux Roblox is also reducing how much 2D clothing creators make from a 70% cut to a 30% cut.
Roblox is unifying 2D and 3D avatar item publishing. 😬 Creators of 2D clothing will now have to pay a publishing advance of 600 Robux & 200 Robux, and the 2D rate has been drastically cut in half to 30% instead of 70%. This is a drastic change for 2d clothing creators.

As someone that used to make 2d clothing designs in my beginning roots, this is a TERRIBLE change. Every sale for a 2d clothing item on the price floor will be only 1.5 ROBUX instead of 3 starting mid July, 1 robux if it doesn't round up. This would mean it would require over 200 clothing sales to make up the price for uploading ONE 2D asset. It's time to wake up people, this is getting dystopian.

This update feels like a slap in the face to 2D clothing designers who've been part of Roblox since the beginning and helped shape avatar customization. It was never particularly profitable, and this only makes it worse, discouraging creators from continuing. Wake up, Roblox!
