Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it. From the day Daryl showed up at Sussex, he carried himself with grit, humility, and a quiet determination to rise above every challenge life threw his way. And he’s overcome a lot to get to this point. To see him finish his college career the right way — competing, growing, and proving to himself and everyone else who he is — that’s what this game is all about. Daryl is a testament to resilience, faith, and hard work. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next for him. No matter where he goes from here, I’m proud to say I had the opportunity to coach him and watch his story unfold. Keep climbing, Daryl. Your best chapters are still ahead. 💪🏽🏈✨
