Day 1 of 365 days of gratitude and achievements. In the morning write down one thing that you are grateful for and in the evening one thing you have achieved. Store them in separate jars and 52 Weeks Later open the jar and review a years worth of gratitude and achievements!
Unless I’ve been told it’s a formality ( I still wouldn’t fully trust that 😂) whether it’s interview 7, 17 or 1st interview I wouldn’t think the job was in the bag. So many external factors that I can’t control.
Very sincere question for the crowd. If you're called in for Interview #7, do you think that's just a formality and you already have the job in the bag?
I'm sort of confused as to why anyone would be completely shocked of this outcome.

What's the difference?
In the first example, we deliver our conclusion. And nothing else.
In the second example, we share our conclusion, explain how we arrived at the conclusion, how we tried to get ourselves unstuck, and then asked for help.
What's the impact?
The first way reduces your credibility.
The second way increases your credibility.
