they announced a DDR focused survey on the AMEXPO bemani livestream this is significant because the last time they did this kind of survey, it was for jubeat and it lead to the new cab/revival they definitely are planning something big for DDR, so please fill it in

as much as people would likely would want to leave this era of DDR behind and have it be in the current KAG operating mindset i don’t know if anyone other than big chains and early gold cab adopters in japan would be ready for a 120hz upgrade or new 120hz ddr cab

QRTing this to say that this might be the greatest change to jubeat so far there are songs from 18 YEARS AGO that are still not default unlocks on jubeat currently this is going to make the beginner experience on jubeat infinitely better

The game director directly addressed jubeat's transmission system He says that while they will keep the system for future events, they know about all the locked songs and that everything barring some unlocks from 1-2 versions ago will be available by default in U'nit's launch

That concludes the thread! jubeat was one of my first Bemani arcade experiences and a game in the Bemani library i feel anyone can play and enjoy I hope this keeps you all hyped about the game!!!
