"Should give you" but don't, now some pubcos are trying to blame stocktakers for failing to tell tenants how many saleable pints are in a cask...err stocktakers don't supply beer that's your job. Wriggle all you like, the game is up, pay back what you owe #ukpubs #72pints

Spotted someone pointing out #72pints is unfair in 2015 @beisgovuk consultation responses. So Govt fully aware and consulted with before the code went live but since July 2016 the PCA never enforced it, and recently issued a new consultation into something already consulted on!

Thought for the day for all those #ukpubs who have suffered #72pints and been trained or rented on cask ale sediment being "all for sale" - time and law is on your side.

A misguiding shadow profit and loss account, overstating cask revenue by using #72pints all sediment being counted as all for sale. When added to the rent / divisable balance it can reduce tenant profit share by over 10% #ukpubs
