Hear me out: what IF Linton didn’t give Gene the green light, uses this as a way to fire him and therefore Tangs buyout drops 50%. Then we can drop the suit, fire Tang without cause for 9 mil. This would be the best outcome possible imo.

Per ESPN sources, Jerome Tang plans to fight Kansas State’s for cause firing. He’s owed $18.67 million, per his contact, so this not surprising.
