Self worth isn’t measured by a number on a screen, the illusion of money can set you free but the fear of failure & the unknown can drive you to the brink of insanity If you’re blessed enough to have people around you who love you, be greaful for that & don’t forget to be present with them. In the last year I’ve ran nothing to high 6 figs more times than I could count. First time around I round tripped multiple 6 figure positions not having any risk management, then got back on my feet last summer started to adapt and jumped into the trenches, flipped 50k to 500k during BNB season last October. Felt great, but it was short lived as I got drained the same month I finally felt “free” leaving all that money on hot wallets. Fast forward I did it again making 500k+ this June - July the best and quickest run I had making 6 figs a week+ & then.. boom I had some personal things to take care of irl that set me into a mental hole, knowing at that pace I was at, flow state with the current market conditions I’d easily be fully “back”. In 12 months I’m down over 1.2m, a million dollars more than I thought I’d make a year ago when I had my first reset from noob mistakes. I’m sharing this because I see a lot of people struggling on the timeline, while it feels like the majority is on a genny run, you’re not alone. Don’t give up on yourself & make sure to take your mental health very seriously, the scariest feeling is not recognizing yourself when you look in the mirror because you’ve been on auto pilot for such a long time. If your thought process is so clouded by what could have been, what you had etc vs accepting what is currently it’s extremely hard to find joy in any give moment (let alone even be present) Learn to accept it, forgive urself for your mistakes or if you’ve been drained learn to let it go before you lose your mind and self sabotaging yourself from the potential you have. You’re alive, you have time. Be happy for those who are winning, your time will come. Be proud of yourself, even if you feel like your back is against the wall & you want to give up, use the fire to motivate you. Let’s get 1% better each day from here forward and watch everything fall into place, stop counting, stop stressing over what’s gone & start loving life again.
